I really enjoyed this book. I loved her last book "The Amaranth Enchantment" and so I happily picked up this book. I wasn't disappointed. I couldn't put this book down. It was about everything I love in a book.
Evie is interested in healing. She helps with birthing babies and is intrigued by medicine and helping people get better.
She is from a small cozy villge. Much happens in this story when a King comes to visit their village.
This book has adventure, snakes, Princesses, kings, castles, and of course, romance. It really is a great book. I really enjoyed reading it! BRAVO!
A place to record the books I've read. With a short review on each. I strive to never tell too much of the story to ruin it for anyone. BUT, if it is a picture book, I often tell the endings. “Of course anyone who truly loves books buys more of them than he or she can hope to read in one fleeting lifetime. A good book, resting unopened in its slot on a shelf, full of majestic potentiality, is the most comforting sort of intellectual wallpaper.” ― David Quammen
